Convenience store settlement

This is a payment method that allows you to pay in advance at a convenience store.
*The upper limit of the product amount when using convenience store payment is 300,000 yen.
If you wish to purchase more items, please use other payment methods (credit card, bank transfer).

The item will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
A handling fee of 190 yen will be charged separately.

When delivering the product or confirming your delivery, please let us know if you have a desired delivery time/date.

*Delivery will take at least one day within Hokkaido, and at least two days outside of Hokkaido.
*If a delivery date is not specified and no processing is required, the item will be shipped within the next 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact our store directly in advance.
If the product is returned to us without prior notification, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

About returns
